Pollution Can Speed Up Your Skin’s Aging Process
Anti-aging skin care is possibly one of the most sought after remedy in the market place today. Let’s face it, healthy glowing skin looks better than dark, aged and dry skin! Unfortunately, there are two things that you will never be able to escape as you get older - the effects that aging does to your health and the noticeable effects aging has on your skin. There are several elements that can attribute to the cause of wrinkles. Some are part of the natural aging process and our genetic makeup; others are due to external forces that may speed up the process.
Don’t believe it? Think about this: although most of us spend our time worrying about excess sun exposure, people who live in the city, work in an office all day and go clubbing all night don’t get much sun. But they still get plenty of wrinkles. Why? In a word "pollution." Smog and air pollution have a negative effect on the skin. The only way to combat those toxins is to cleanse and moisturize your facial skin regularly. Pollution produces free radicals, free radicals accelerate aging … and that’s why city life is particularly hard on your skin.
The cause of wrinkles may hard to avoid, but with diligence, you can take steps to protect your face. Find a good cream; face wrinkle treatments are very helpful. In combination with your face cream, stay healthy and relaxed.
